Carefully nurtured in the land inside and outside the prefecture without sparing time and effort

We offer dishes while feeling the story.

I wish I could leave a wonderful memory for the customers who came to the store

I think about it every day.

Ingredients are procured not only in the prefecture but also from outside the prefecture.

The reason is that I want to pursue cuisine from a wide range of perspectives, not just Okinawa.

And from 2022, we will only serve omakase course meals.

All the reasons are because I wanted to express the strength of ingredients in my own way.

I would like to continue making dishes that tell stories like reading a picture book.
